Scovillain Redesign

I redesigned the Pokemon Scovillain for Subjectively's "The Worst" fan contest. I don't dislike Scovillain per se, but I think it could be improved a lot, so this is my attempt.

I think the official Scovillain doesn't really look like it belongs with its pre-evolution, Capsakid. I find it visually confusing and strange to look at and the concept seems not as well executed as it could've been. With my redesign, I lent more into making it look more "plant-like", more monstrous, and played with the "villain" part of the name by adding the detail of the smarter, green head influencing the more aggressive red head to commit villainous acts. I changed the shiny colours a little, as well.
